COZ Council

10 September 2026

Proof of Working 2.14 recognizes ecosystem contributions to Pusharoo Relay, expanding durable webhook delivery, RPC failover, and wallet-authorized event automation.

COZ primarily operates through the community Discord and COZ GitHub, central places where contributors share progress, collaborate in public, and turn ideas into working ecosystem tools.

Governance

There is no formal process for joining COZ. Interested contributors have to do the work first, and submitted code must be licensed under the Apache 2.x License. Consistent contributors can become eligible to join the COZ organization and collaborate more directly across projects.

Organizational decision making is made collaboratively by the COZ Council, a multi-disciplinary body of platform and functional leads, and communicated by an appointed member holding the Speaker role.

COZ is not a regulatory body and takes no responsibility for the quality of third-party smart contracts deployed on affiliate platforms.

Funding Pool

COZ staff members are excluded from weekly rewards.

This week, we are awarding 185 NEO for the following ecosystem contribution:

Why this round matters

Proof of Working 2.14 highlights the ongoing maturation of developer infrastructure on Neo N3, focusing specifically on reliable event delivery and off-chain integration tooling.

Building reactive, event-driven decentralized applications often requires teams to run custom indexers, maintain delivery queues, and handle RPC failures independently. Pusharoo Relay tackles this complexity directly by consolidating contract event monitoring, webhook delivery guarantees, and subscription management into a unified workspace.

  • Pusharoo — Wallet-Secured Contract Release Workspace (Vault Keeper):

Pusharoo is a dedicated smart contract release workspace combining artifact management, deployments, upgrades, recovery, contract interaction, and event-driven integrations. This round substantially expands Pusharoo Relay, its contract-event and webhook infrastructure.

Key improvements include durable webhook delivery with retries, idempotency tracking, payload testing, and wallet-authorized redelivery; isolated TestNet/MainNet processing with network-aware routing; operational monitoring, health checks, and automatic RPC failover; usage metering and entitlement controls; verified GAS payments for Relay subscriptions; and expanded wallet authorization around Relay and webhook management alongside frontend performance, navigation, and warning state enhancements.

This matters because event-driven applications require dependable infrastructure to monitor on-chain activity. By handling reliable event monitoring, delivery queues, automatic retries, RPC failover, and webhook subscriptions through a common workspace while maintaining wallet-authorized control over sensitive operations, Pusharoo significantly reduces the operational burden on developers.

By combining resilient backend delivery mechanics with wallet-authenticated access and verified on-chain GAS payments, these enhancements make integrating Neo smart contract events into external systems more robust and accessible.

What this round adds up to

At a higher level, this round reinforces the importance of dependable middleware and integration plumbing for blockchain ecosystems. Making smart contract events easier to consume reliably off-chain lowers the barrier to entry for building reactive web applications, automated workflows, and notification services on Neo.

Pusharoo's continuous development demonstrates how community-built developer tools evolve from specialized utilities into comprehensive release and operations platforms.
