We are COZ, a Decentralized Solutions Consultancy helping individuals, ventures, and businesses transition seamlessly into the Web3 era. Governance
There is no formal process in joining COZ. Interested individuals will have to do the work first, and the submitted code has to be licensed under the Apache 2.X License. Consistent contributors will become eligible to join the COZ organization, and begin collaborating on other projects. The governance process of this organization can be found here.
Organizational decision making is made collaboratively by the COZ Council, a multi-disciplinary body of the COZ platform and functional leads and communicated by an appointed member holding the Speaker role.
COZ is not a regulatory body and take no responsibility for the quality of 3rd party smart contracts deployed on our affiliate platforms.

- Dora Security Audit (Red4Sec) - Red4Sec conducted a security audit of the Dora backend infrastructure that services multiple explorers and Neo ecosystem projects as well as a significant number of wallets and exchanges. Identified defects have been mitigated by the COZ Core Technologies team.
- Neo Governance Portal (Flamingo Finance) - Flamingo has produced and sustained a community governance portal to discuss and signal support for Neo ecosystem governance topics. Check it out here.
- ngx-neoline (smartargs) - Angular service wrapper for the NeoLine N3 dAPI
- neo-sc-audits (smartargs) - Ongoing project that aims to centralize public smart contract audits helping developers with a better understanding of building secure neo n3 contracts.
- n3-typegen (smartargs) - Generate TypeScript contract types and optional client implementations for NEO N3 from a contract manifest or hash.
- Neo Analytics (ethArek) - Neo Analytics is a public dashboard that translates Neo N3 on-chain activity into a simple, daily-updated view with transparent/deterministic classification rules (including swap detection). Check it out here.
- HushNetwork (aboimpinto) - AI-Native Social Protocol with NEP-11/NEP-17 Token Standards including minting capability.
